Using the Co-Active Coaching framework (Kimsey-House et al., 2018) as one of my favourite tools, I guide my clients through transformational changes that empower them to achieve balance and live with more purpose.

What is Co-Active Coaching?

Co-Active Coaching is a collaborative approach that honours the belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Coaching for Life Balance: A Personal Journey

Having made my own career transition from a high-pressure executive role to becoming a coach, I understand the challenges of finding balance. For years, I juggled work and personal responsibilities, pushing myself to the limit until I realised that success shouldn’t come at the cost of my well-being.
